This B list mostly movie actress is married to An A lister, but maybe not for long. He apparently caught her raiding some of his bank accounts and wiring the money to herself.
Amber or Blake. Good guesses, but Amber seems sketch and Blake just seems like a d-bag, so I'm thinking Amber. Also agree that Amber is probably happier when Derp is high and crashing at Marilyn Manson's.
Blake probably thinks she's above a little white collar crime. Plus she already popped out a kid for RR = $$$ and she's probably waiting for nannygate to disappear to jump on the newly free Ben (also = $$$).
Unless they were separate accounts in name with no joint account holder, then everything in marriage = community property. (At least in Cali, Texas and most Western U.S. states).
Also, not sure if it works for ratings, but I'll guess Will & Jada Smith.

I don't think this is Jada. They have a long term marriage. If they divorce, she will get half plus CS and lifetime alimony. Also, no way is she "mostly movie." She is pretty much strictly TV.
