The newlywed wife of this A+ list mostly movie actor was busted having sex with someone she has worked with frequently in the past who is a celebrity in his own right. Apparently that is love and the marriage is a fame thing.

ReplyDeletePopular guess when this first posted was Julian Assange. Amal Clooney is/was his attorney, and he's been granted asylum through the Educadorian embassy in Knightsbridge. So, she could visit, privately, as long as they remained at the embassy. As soon as he sets foot outside the building Britain will deport him to Sweden. And then who knows where else he'll be deported.

ReplyDeleteAssange can't leave the embassy. There are a lot of people who thing George and Amal are an "arrangement" rather than romantic partners. I have no idea if that's true. It'll be interesting to see what each of them gets out of being married over time.

ReplyDeleteI find Amal completely despicable because: 1) The Elgin Marbles were not stolen and should remain where they are. Artworks that have been in a museum for hundreds of years should not be subject to threats. Just because an art object was made in a place does not mean that that place owns it or that it belongs there. 2) Assange is a stooge of Putin. 3) Those gloves were the corniest.

They're a punchline here but are sacred in Europe it seems. ReplyDeleteThe woman who accused him was p*ssed because he was also sleeping with someone else from the group at the same time. Before all this started she wrote on her 'feminist' blog that one of the 10 best way to get even with a man was to accuse him of rape......the post disappeared before her allegations were made but people have screen captures to prove it. The legal term 'rape' in Sweden is not the same as in the US or the UK. Its not so much the charges he is fighting but the extradition. That said he is a total egocentric jerk and I really don't feel very sorry for him.
