This former A list television star from the early 90's hasn't done much lately but still seems to have all his cash. Is he a spendthrift or does he make his money selling drugs when he visits friends at studios all over town?

ReplyDeleteSpendthrift means to overspend or throw money away, not to be miserly. It literally means spend (your) thrift; you blew your life's savings
ReplyDeleteExactly--i know what spendthrift means-- that's why Enty means he must be miserly (scrooge like)or how else would he still have money left if he hasn't done anything since the 90's..... or he's selling drugs on the side.....
