Blind Items Revealed #8 - Old Hollywood

October 7, 2015

This actor was A+ list. He is dead and is still A+ list. When he was married to his first wife he didn’t care whether she was home or not when he brought home women to have sex with Our actor hated paying for a hotel since he had a house. His wife never tried to stop him after the first time he beat her. Needless to say, the marriage was very short lived.

Marlon Brando

I'll be honest, I've never "gotten" him as an actor. I know he was unique and a trail-blazer and all that, but he never had a likability factor to me. I'm much more Team Bogart/Newman/Tracy. Those guys could brood with the best, but you really liked them anyway.

You don't have to like an actor to appreciate their work. I don't like Mickey Rourke but I like his work.

Brando had a limited range. As long as he played the brooder with a chip on his shoulder, he was mesmerizing. Other types of roles? Not so much.

Didn't care for his acting either. Sounded like a real douchebag.

I like him, i like him as an actor and, to me, he has been one of the sexiest men to ever exist, if not THE sexiest. I know he was a douchebag, but the same i liked him. Yes, he was limited in comedic roles, a bit embarassing-embarassed, but he tried, and ended anyway enjoyable. On the other hands, he was mesmerizing in some roles, and, not tall as he was very, very beautiful.

A lot of great actors also happen to be douchebags. Brando and Spencer Tracy being two big examples. Tracy was described by many as a very mean drunk, who also happened to cheat on his wife for years with many co-stars. And he was supposedly not a great father, either.

But there is no valid excuse for being, sadistic, injurious and deliberately demeaning to anyone under your power or dependent on you no matter what a great actor or however talented and famous they are.. Did they openly admit am this way and I don't care what you think about it while they were raking in money and wanting applause and fame? Nope. Truth wins over and shows the evil hating the light of truth.. guilty.

" Did they openly admit am this way and I don’t care what you think about it while they were raking in money and wanting applause and fame? Nope. Truth wins over and shows the evil hating the light of truth.. guilty." I don't think that Marlon has EVER pretended to be someone that he was not, or wanted people to know he was what he was not. His bad ways were known even before he died, he, simply put, didn't give a shit, of anything.

"Oh Brando, he was no big deal, he's not a great actor."

Please don't tell anyone you believe that nonsense. It's not that you aren't entitled to your opinion, you can think anything you want. It's that your opinion is so stupid that if you share it again, everyone will know you're an absolute idiot.
