They seem like such good friends. They are, as long as there is not any competition. Actually let me clarify. There is an A+ list mostly movie actress who is willing to be the bff of this A- list comic actress as long as they do not compete with each other for parts or awards. This whole we love each other thing would quickly turn into a knife in the back for the A- lister if she encroaches on the A+ lister's territory. It has happened before. Look around. Show me he A+ lister's female friends.

ReplyDeleteOh yeah right at this being JLaw and ASchu. I get that it's written that way but I honestly don't think JLaw is competitive about awards (anymore). She seemed almost embarrassed to win the GG over Lupita a couple of years ago. I think she's fine with her one Oscar for now. Also I highly doubt that she considers Amy to be "true" competition. Jen is still considered hot by many and Amy is not.

Lawrence has also mentioned many times over that she still remains friends with all her old pals, and has been friends for years with many in the business as well such as Emma Stone, Adele.

It also reads like someone out there is intimidated or jealous of Lawrence and Schumer's friendship and the film they are making together and is desperate enough to get Enty to write this crap.

Oh god, she didn't slam her, first of all lol. She said a statement, that was clearly a joke, but not at all untrue.

ReplyDeleteI have never understood why people go bananas for Jennifer Lawrence. I have always found her difficult to like, whether she is fishing for compliments by complaining that in Hollywood she is considered fat (who has ever called her fat?), talking up her pot use, or now, taking a cheap shot at someone who has done nothing to her and whose life is clearly out of control.
