I'm not sure how this former A+ list tweener even came up with the crazy spin about his health condition, but he needed some story that was long lasting because he is not going to stop using meth anytime soon.
Justin Bieber skin issues and not to mention he has lost so much weight which is making him look like a gaunt. With his deteriorating appearance and extreme erratic behavior these last several months its coming more apparent that he is definitely off his meds again and self medicating with street drugs & alcohol.
