You know he isn't going to go back to his life with four kids and a martyr wife. That they thought they could "fix" him (like they did when he was a kid molesting his sisters repeatedly while they slept) and he'd go quietly back to the life they designed for him wasn't going to happen. He's a pig, but he really never should have married that young lady. She deserved better, and he should have stayed single and worked out his incest and molestation issues with a psychiatrist.
