This former A list celebrity who took a turn through several forms of reality television before heading back to her hometown and her celebrity family is worried. Apparently she is so worried that her family has been trying to reach a settlement that would keep her former lover from taking a paternity test.

People keep saying this is her second child, but according to a Palin Cousin, it's number four. Trig and Tristan (mostly Tristan) are hidden. The dates of birth are also messed up. Poor kids.

This is silly. When a couple is married, there is a presumption that the husband is the father of the child When there is no marriage, the court will order a dna test before deciding child support and custody issues.

She was supposedly "star" enough to qualify for Dancing with the Stars" so I beg to differ. While I think any woman's pregnancy is a private matter, the Palin's courted Reality TV (had their own show that eventually got cancelled) so ya get what ya get and ya don't get upset.
ReplyDeleteAbstinence spokes person pregnant yet again out of wedlock. Baby three or four? There's the DWTS pregnancy too, ya know. Then again we know Trigg did not issue forth from Sarah's loins, so there is the possibility that Bristol had him as well. She was out with 9 month mono that year.

BP is in a pickle. Well, she likes pickles, but that's another blind :D The problem is that if parents are unmarried, in most States, a paternity test is required before the State will issue a birth certificate. It sounds like the Marine is calling her bluff- good for him.

ReplyDeleteIn many States, the DNA test is required when couples are unmarried in order to get a birth certificate even issued. When married it assumed that the baby is the man's. This also needs to change. I believe DNA paternity should be done for all children born. Too much paternity fraud going on out there.

ReplyDeleteCheck Florida and Indiana laws. There I f a paternity affidavit isn't completed then they do a DNA test before the birth certificate is issued.
ReplyDelete@Blinds Bristol is most definitely a former celebrity. She is currently being sued by her ex fiance, Dakota Meyer, for custody of her newest born, Sailor. The case has stalled until paternity test are taken. This definitely raises questions regarding the paternity of Bristol's child. This blind could easily be about Bristol, however I think it's about someone else because Bristol was never an A list celeb. She couldn't even make the D list on her best day! Her mother was a former A list celebrity and she still has A list name recognition, but not Bristol.

Just look at her track record...She tried to cash in and become famous from her teen pregnancy by selling her baby pics to People magazine and publishing her ghostwritten memoir. She appeared on 5 different reality shows and starred in her own show "Life's a Tripp" which was an epic fail!!! She's had plastic surgery and procedures to have all the fat sucked off of her chunky body. And now she looks more like a Kardashian than she does a Palin!
