If I was this celebrity family, I wouldn't be worried about the still underage daughter caught smoking, I would be more worried about her booze and pot use which could send her back to rehab.

Ok maybe I can try this a bit better. Derek and Tricia are both my friends here, I think Derek is wrong for saying some of the things he says and fighting with her all the time over dumb blinds. BUT I dont think everything is from Derek. Dont know who it is. Tricia for my part has handled everything as well as possible, mainly by ignoring most of it.
Just because someone has enough class to ignore someone like him doesn't mean someone like him or his issues should be tolerated.... some really mean and downright dirty comments made about her and her kid, her life and such. Don't know what that has to do with entys blinds ?
