Kate Winslet? She has kind of a large head, I guess. I think these women are cute but Leo D managed to force himself to kiss all three of them so they must be man-ish on some level.

Just add that the key point is that the woman looked like a drag queen so maybe only 2 or so of these women work for that Kidman and maybe Tilda - before make up application (looks like a man)so doesn't make sense really?
