Blind Item #17 - Golden Globes After Party - From JV
"I don't know what to say. She (B list mostly television actress from hit almost network show) was showing photos of them kissing in trailers from the set and on the couch together watching television, but he (A- list mostly television actor from same show) is married right? Plus, since she is on the same network as me, I feel like this might get back to me at some point. Do you tell her they look great together and just ignore the elephant in the room? Are they together? Tell me something."

First off I find it extremely hard to believe that EBR and SA are actually having an affair. I find it even harder to believe that if they were having an affair that Emily would be going around showing pics of them together kissing and whatnot?!

ReplyDeleteYeah the more I read this the more I am calling BS on it, it is totally meant to imply Emily Bett Rickards and Stephen Amell, its not true though. Enty has been getting hits from Olicity fans and he just wants them to keep coming back. The B list rating is too generous for Emily but that is just make sure the shippers don't get angry. If this was about Ian Enty surely would have mentioned something about Nikki that he was married to a celebrity or some type of dig at her.
ReplyDeleteEmily and Stephen from Arrow have been known to hang out in each other's trailers and watch tv. Emily herself has admitted to at least one instance of that.And she was at that party. But if they were doing something like this blind item implies, which is a a very big if there, it really doesn't sound like Emily at all to flash incriminating pics like that. Nothing about how she has handled herself in public or on social media since she became known to the public eye even remotely indicates she would do something like that even if there was something going behind the scenes which is again a big if. She has way more class than that. Couldn't said pics actually be kind of innocent though? I mean watching tv together is nothing bad and the kissing could be rehearsing for scenes, yes it would be weird to have pics of these things but there could be so much more to this story.

Also, I'm sure this site drives enough traffic. Stephen Amell and Emily Bett are not the pinnacle of popularity. They're on a CW show that's #2 in its network. If he wanted traffic, he would at least get some people more popular.
ReplyDeleteWell i can guarantee you Stephen will never be an interest of mine, I actually use to watch Arrow I dropped it in season 3, I have also never watched TVD I am just familiar with its stars because they are mentioned often in these blind items.

It really does when you account for stuff like fandoms. Arrow related blinds usually have more comments then average, its less about actual star power and more about who has fans willing to come here to see/speculate/comment.

The blind is written as if someone is telling Enty this, the whole this is in quotes. So I'm wondering who this celebrity spreading gossip is. I believe we are supposed to think the actors having an affair are Emily Bett Rickards and Stephen Amell, who've both mentioned in interviews at cons how they, with other co-stars, watch shows in their trailers together (House of Cards, anyone?). Innocent moments blown up to make them look bad? By whom, you ask? How about a celebrity "helping out" a friend? I think the person being quoted is someone whose friend/roommate might be in danger of getting booted from a hit on this almost network? Who might want payback on the actress who took her "love interest" role and the actor with whom she had negative/blackhole chemistry?

It's not something most people talk about and I don't think the actress has outright said it, but she has a 'roommate' she goes on vacations with, posts pictures of them being in bed together, and does all the LGBT parties and parades. Add to that the fact that her best friend is Colton Haynes, Zach Quinto's ex, and yet everyone tries to make out that they're a couple, it spells 'beard'. Sorry but Emily is not sleeping with Amell. He's not her type.

ReplyDeleteYeah, the deal with awards show blinds is that they are all sent in from sources at the events. That's the big draw to it all. So fans can send in tips but GG, Oscar, Grammy, etc blinds are usually direct from sources witnessing it all.
ReplyDeleteYou are delusional. So one time, I went to a gay pride parade: I must be gay. Everytime I visit my best friend across the state, I sleep in her bed, platonically: I must be gay. I have large group of gay friends who are fun to hang out with so: I must be gay. BTW: Fanta is not Emily's roommate. That is her best friend. Just because Emily doesn't flash around the life story of her vagina like some celebrities, doesn't make her gay. She's a private person, so is Stephen. Which is why this story is probably not her. ReplyDelete+1. The things that get the most comments are really weird random things. Like Arrow or that Cumberbitch guy. There will suddenly be TONS of blinds for something niche like that and then a blajillion comments of fans arguing and defending them. It happens with Tweener blinds, too, but it doesn't seem like it's A++ people. It's always random people that aren't too famous, which makes the arguments even more ridiculous. It's arguing over someone that's going to be famous for like 15 minutes.

Also the single friend swears up & down that they are just friends but if you check social media well.... Even a blind person can see right the obvious "we're just friends BS"
And the only way they put things on hold is well of hubby has company. So basically all hands off deck.
Now, this concerned friend is obviously a roommate or best friend she shares her secrets with. See where I'm going? And this BFF tries her best to ignore whatever she sees. Is also worried that her pal is way in over her head & acting absolutely idiotic with a married man aka being strang a long because you can't possibly be that desperate for a man no matter how much he likes you.
I'm i stretching by saying that the person in question is incapable of taking a kissing photo as a momento of their stolen time together? Hell No! She obviously is not going to post them on social media but will lock them up & only show 1 or 2 pals she trusts. This person is obviously being described as naive & into a married man. And also wants to tell her to stop.
It's at thieving find too far for her & cause major problems for different people giving TVD network a bad name.
Now look, In this day & age technology has developed so fast. If people can hack Netflix, people can hack your phone. So imagine if a hacker hacked her phone & exposed those pictures? I do get where the girl's pal is coming from. She's obviously not comfortable seeing what her friend is doing.
The reason why I'm saying it's the CW network is because only three to four people fit this profile or maybe five depending on who the girl in question chooses to share her infidelity pics with a married man. Being less considerate of the wife is asnine. Period
Is this girl an idiot? Absolutely no doubt.
There are only two people on that network who have admitted to behaving that way. And if I may add have admitted it in public.
These same two people have no qualms flirting in public thinking no one else sees. See fans have this thing called blind worship. If the picture is obviously overly flirtatious & she says they are just friends, the fans will be like "She has no reason to lie." But then go check the internet & you'll find less friendly & way more flirty moments.
How many friends put pictures of them in a flirtatious moment on their fridge & then say they are just pals? Anyone would wonder. It's worse when your fans think it's adorable. But then he has flirted with you & gone back home to gush over his wife. On social media no less. As a young girl who's proving to be socially naive, why not make changes?
This girl's friend is definitely screaming "HELP! My friend is being taken for a ride by this married co-star & has her wrapped round his little finger. He literally owns her. but he's very married!"
I recently noticed that you don't know people till their true colors come out. Someone comes off as an angel But is capable of doing severe damage.
It's amazing how people think anyone just posts stuff they don't know. Don't get defensive of your faves coz they are apparently perfect yet at the same time you gush over the obvious.
Then scream happily then proceed to defend again once exposure starts. What you do behind closed doors will always come out.
Let's just say it wasn't long before the Brangelina rumor became a reality. But then again they were Hollywood A-Listers. They became a huge sensation. With these two? Well....
That should say CW. Network not TVD. There's no edit so I can't change it. But anyways that's my opinion on the matter.

I can definitely see him going for her, she seems really sweet and fun, but he's kind of a sports-watching dudebro. They're at totally different places in their lives, and this would not be good for her career (although probably fine for his). I really don't think it's EBR and SA.

ReplyDeleteShe's enchanted by him since the beginning. And so is he. It doesn't matter if they have 10 years of age gap. (I'm married to a man who's 10 years older than me!!! So what?)
Is it love???!!! I don't know. It can be... or it may be sexual attraction. Or both. They're actors so it's hard to say whatever... but some thinks are hard to hide and they are into each other, that's for sure. They're attracted to each other and you can see the chemistry between the two. They can use the fact that they're a couple on the show to disguise some kind of more intimate relationship that they might have, but that's pretty much it. He's married and has a kid. That won't probably change. It's a very comfortable situation for him. He can have "the best of both worlds"... ;) She might be ok with that cause, she's in her early twenties and wants to have fun (and should have fun!) and is not ready to settle down. Who knows?
His wife has to know what's going on. It's something that not even her can deny. It doesn't seem to bother her, as she's still married to him, so... why should we care, right?
If something is there, for real, everybody will know, eventually. If not, they're having (or not) good fun with each other and it seems to be all good with all parts involved.
I've been working with men (I have "a man job") for the most part of my life (25 years) and I've heard and seen it all... so, anything is possible.
It might have nothing to do with these two... and we can all be completely wrong...
I find it hard to believe it's SA and EBR. They say that they are close friends. As for EBR being gay, this is the first time I heard that info.
