The owner of one of the world's largest oil companies is paying this B list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee mid six figures per MONTH to be with him.
The dude can be the Lukoil guy, that is the only non-American big oil company with a private boss I can remember. There are several others, but most of them are gov owned or controlled, but the writer in this web often finds it hard to give people a coherent ranking, therefore it could be anyone.
