Blind Items Revealed #2

November 13, 2015

Even as few as three months ago, this A+ list mostly movie actor would mingle with fans while he was filming. He was always taking selfies with them or signing photos. Now, when filming in public, he never talks to fans. OK, let me take that back. He does, BUT, they are all fans that have been pre-screened that are made to look random.

Tom Cruise

Tom is still their best recruiter, isn't he?

My friends boyfriend served him many years ago at The Hard Rock Cafe and said he was very very nice and tipped him 200 bucks on a 70 dollar bill...

Everyone says he is very nice and generous, but very sheltered, as most stars are when they get to that level.

I feel for Cruise. I don't despise him like I do Kirstie Alley and some other obnoxious scientologists. I think he was lonely and Scientology pounced on that. He never seemed like a bad guy

He reminds me of Michael Jackson in a way. Talented, good heart, lovely, but surrounded by people who control his life but don't have his best intentions at heart at all.

He's chosen to live in a vacuum. I've never heard mean things about him, either. If he spent a couple of weeks in the real world, away from his handlers, his world would shatter. He doesn't want that. They've convinced him that he's Superman, and he likes it.

I agree. They probably lured him in when he had a weak moment and it got bigger and bigger from there. Even Russell Brand, who loves to bash people, loved him, that says a lot imo. I do hear that inside Scientology he is a maniac, bossy etc. It's rumored he is second in command there. They probably kissed his ass so much he started to believe his own hype and that build up his confidence (which he prolly didn't have before). Outside of Co$ he does seem like a friendly guy.

    +1
I think he has the same problem that that Duggar wife has (Josh's). People trying to pull you out of that mess, but the outside world is completely weird to you. So it's easier to stay.

I don't think this is all that weird. If someone had screened John Lennon's "fans", what kind of music might we have had?

On a recent movie his handlers decided when he would meet the crowd and sign autographs and for how long. His handlers are from the church of scientology. affable and nice guy when handlers were held at a distance during filming, with cast, and with crew. when handlers were closer in, different personality. it's sad.

oh come on. how could you watch that scientology video and not think he's batshit crazy? he's not a kid anymore. he's as insane as miscavige, IMO.

For reasons *I* won't disclose, I completely agree.
    Which is pretty shitty.

He's obviously deeply in the closet and Scientology has obviously made it seem to him like everyone would hate him if he came out, and they probably told him they would ruin him if he tried to leave, I feel bad for him, because I agree, I think he was lonely and Scio preyed on that.

+1000 and Thank You! This thread was evidently sponsored by Operation Snow White. "Tom is nice outside of C.O.S.?!" Yeah, David Koresh was a real pussycat outside of the compound. Jim Jones was a great drinking buddy as long as he wasn't mixing the drinks. Its probably pretty easy for Tom to be nice and friendly when he has an army of brainwashed captives being payed $0.38 per day to scrub his floors with toothbrushes for the next billion years.

  20. Unemployable9:59 AM

Actually, there are a few examples of brainwashed captives that managed to escape. Katie Holmes for instance.

He may have a reason to be stand offish... he has good reason to not trust people, they constantly bait him and attack him. He always struck me as a nice guy.

    LOL

And it's true: Tom is no longer one of the brainwashed that I pity. He's gone beyond that level to being one who is actively trying to force his cult on others.

Getting involved in Scientology was the biggest mistake Tom Cruise ever made. Hopefully he'll realize that before his life his over.

He's a very nice guy to cast and crew members, despite the crazy Scieno shit.

I don't feel sorry for him anymore. Not since I've seen the Scieno tapes of him being such a dick.

  33. Malibuborebee3:27 AM

It was his ex-wife Mimi Rogers who got him into it.

  34. Malibuborebee3:30 AM

Michael Jackson the child molester is good-hearted and lovely? Um, no.

I'm not one of the freak-housewives who goes around accusing everyone of being a pedophile but Michael Jackson molested a lot of kids.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Malibuborebee3:32 AM

An even better example is Nicole Kidman who was much deeper into Scientology than she has ever let on publicly. She didn't break away as intelligently as Katie Holmes.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Malibuborebee3:38 AM

The Scientology "auditing" sessions are designed to elicit every "sin" or bad act that the poor slob being "audited" has ever done. The "church" keeps records of everything the members confess. It's enough blackmail material to keep most people in the organization.

Travolta's reportedly wanted out for years but because of what they have on him he's afraid to leave. It makes you just want to grab him and shout, "Everyone already knows, Johnny!"

Malibu - I agree 100%. I refuse to listen to his music because I don't want to continue to prop up the "legacy" a perv who groomed a revolving door of 8-12 year old boys to satisfy his lust.

Always amazed at how people so readily give him a pass because he was talented; "he never grew up" or 'he thought of himself as a child". Somehow, though, the same fans wouldn't give their 45 year old neighbor the same pass if he asked if their 9 year old son could have a "sleep-over".
