Friends are saying this former A+ list rocker will be dead by the end of the month with the amount of drugs and booze he is ingesting. If he doesn't overdose, he will end up killing himself. He just won't go to rehab.

I just saw that in the DM about his public fight with Nic Cage. Neil looks way out of control. Also, why was cage wearing that BRILLIANT blue suit? So distracting from the brawl stuff.

Some people refuse help. You can't force an adult to undergo any treatment without their consent unless there's a court order.
