This A+ list mostly movie actor who is an Academy Award winner/nominee changed hotels three times during one two day visit to Paris recently. Guess he is worried about those death threats.
Whoever it is, I trust their judgement. Today, it looks like there has been yet another terrorist attack in the downing of an Egyptian airplane. Both Jews and Christians ARE being murdered worldwide, and people with those beliefs are targets of the type of terrorist groups we all know. And those groups thrive on publicity.
I'm sure a lot of people saw a couple of members of America's most loathed reality show having to strip down to their underwear to get through security to board a plane home from overseas. When I was a teenager, and our family would visit our relatives in Europe, we. and all our luggage, were all waved through security because we were a family of two parents and four children. Those days are gone forever. You can't be too careful anymore..
@Studio54 if your refering to the current islamist groups isil boko haram etc... then i think you will find it's not just christians and jews who are the main targets . there are the yazidi's and any other minority religions/peoples such as the kurds mostly isil have killed kurds and yazidi's and other muslims. and let us not forget the leaders of islamic-state spent much of the years in American custody in iraq (for a prisoner al-baghdadi was (eventually) treated better than most prisoners and even took on messianic figure to fellow prisoners in those american run jails.
Very upsetting news today. I personally theorize these planes are being remotely hacked. It was proven that computers on a number of cars could be easily taken over remotely,, so if it can be done with that system, anything is possible. Of course they can't tell the public because it would cause panic and the airline industry would collapse.
I mean you'd hope more Muslims die in terror attacks. Considering this mess first gained popularity in the tribal areas you'd blimming hope they start terrorising each other before taking it to the world stage.
It isn't just a particular religion though is it? It's a huge number of influential family groups all fighting for the honour of subjugating we drunken, wastrel westerners...under the banner of that religion AND they specifically mention that religion everytime they lop another unfortunate journalists head off.
No one says Christianity is nice & the crusades were just fought by some bad folk.
