I completely agree---it is because they have the most disposable income and are waaay waaay over spoiled these days by their parents. And the dumbing down of society--the parents like watching the crap with them!

The 14 year olds get their parents to buy them tickets or things marketed to them. Parents spend the money because it is a relatively cheap and easy way to shut them up.
Bella Thorne grew up without a father, you can see that she's totally self absorbed and emotionally unhinged. She's already a casting couch veteran and she's barely legal. Terrible daddy issues combined with unlimited ambition and limited talent means this one is a total nutcase and will be featured heavily in gossip for the next decade or longer.
