Apparently this visit from this former A list tweener turned performance artist/singer to her actor boyfriend’s family went fine as long as she reigned herself in. Whenever she would become herself or try to dress like she likes to dress, things would become more awkward and her boyfriend would not always come to her defense because he thinks she can be embarrassing.

ReplyDeleteBeing raised like she was by that family abs in that business is probably a great excuse for the way she acts up but I hope she gets it together. I have daughters and I'm always rooting for women especially younger ones that might have lost their way a little.
ReplyDeleteMe and my oldest used to watch Hannah Montana and I remember hoping that she'd be alright when she got older. It's never too late, Miss Cyrus!
I'm no Miley fan, but I don't believe in stringing people along and making them feel like shit about themselves.

Somewhere in the world, a person exists who will *welcome* who you are as a person, not just make allowances for you. Find the welcomer.
I saw Liam's latest film yesterday (Independence Day 2) and he has as much sex appeal as a week old grilled cheese sandwich. If she is really THAT much in love with the guy, then she can have him. I don't see a long line around the block waiting for him to ditch her.
ReplyDeleteWell with that being said if they go through this engagement leading to marriage, it will last less a year if they're lucky. Don't much care for Miley but she is who she is and if he can't handle that why is he trying to make it work? No one should change who they really are for anyone....

ReplyDeleteThere have been some very strong rumors about Liam's sexuality. Everyone always trashes Miley, but he completely used her for all the free PR, rent, etc. for years when he was a nobody. Even when they had quietly broken up months before, he continued to stay in her house rent-free. Now every film he makes is a bomb, so he can't be that rich, certainly not anywhere near her numbers.
ReplyDeleteShe's actually done really well compared to most child stars. No rehab, no arrests... all of the scandal around her has been of HER creation, but because she's gotten busted doing anything she didn't want people to know.

If she's not who he wants when she's being her full self, then he needs to walk away (or is he one of those who avoids confrontation, so he's trying to get HER to do the breaking up?). And on her part, if she can't be who she really wants to be when she's with him, why is she so determinedly staying with him?

ReplyDelete+1, her antics are all about dress/undress & some not smart comments, it irritates some ppl; i never saw her rude & aggressive (like d.lovato), fake goody-goody (tay-tay), sometimes she is defensive, but i kind of understand her...

ReplyDeleteI also always thought Miley did what she does because 1) she is young 2) she does what she does as part of her PR and keeping in the spotlight.. Like Madonna used to do. Whether you like her or hate her, she is not forgotten.. I personally like her and admire that she was just being herself and not pigeon holed into being 'Hanna Montana' forever. I saw 'the last song' and rooted for her and Liam's relationship.. However, they were young.. I saw that she had begun to dress maturely when they were together. Guess that was for Liam.. Then they split and perhaps she decided to just be herself and 'go wild' or for PR or... her way of dealing with pain.. Either way, it seemed like she still missed him.. Now, together again, I root for them again but I hope she can still be herself.. Sometimes the heart wants what it wants and maybe that her being restrained again is for love and perhaps that is part of her real persona too. There is a public self and their real selves.. I hope Liam meets her in the middle... It shouldn't all just be about her changing, he should relax too and not be too stuffy..I hope it lasts and it's good for both of them... or he just might be her one great love that's hard to forget and she just had to give it one more go to see, same for him... I also think she is a good person and she can be as wild as she wants or doesn't want.. She is young still and still finding herself... If the young that looked up to her as Hannah Montana 'esque have a brain they can make their own decisions .. A persona like a video game or violent movie doesn't 'make' them do things to be 'bad' because of that person or thing.. Their choices do.. I don't think she is a train wreck.. She is young and exploring .. Like the young do.. Who are we to judge.. We don't know what she thinks or feels.. Unless you're perfect.. No one should sit it judgement.. Even if you are perfect...you don't walk in their shoes...
