Things might be all publicly cheery and in PR land for this aging A list celebrity couple, but one of them is still hooking up with the woman who was part of the issue that led to things being not so cheery.
Totally rando guess- but can't think of many "aging couples" that stayed together after a cheating scandal---unless James Brolin /Streisand maybe. I remember divorce rumers years ago but not sure who/what involved.
I can go with CZJ and Douglas but it was more than one bim on the side who caused problems in that marriage. CZJ's batshit crazy and he's always cheated.

I know you know. Last time he and I had dinner (over hot dogs, beers, and hookers,) he expressed how grateful he was to have you as a confidant. Catherine just said " whatever" and thinks you're a sour bitch. Always knew she was the intelligent one. And hot...so I fucked her, naturally. So did Hillary, but that was only because Michael lost a bet. BIG loss, clearly.
I don't know if you guys consider the Beckhams A list. Here in the UK we do but....despite all their loving family postings I suspect he is unfaithful. That woman would snap like a twig if he tried to have sex with her. However I doubt he's hooked up with Rebecca Loos again, although he was also linked to a famous Spanish model (who's name escapes me)
