This GOT actress was so wasted out of her mind at an event in LA this week she couldn't even form a sentence. She lost a shoe too. Like couldn't find it and just walked around on one.

Yup, Can't fault a young actress at a party in hollywood getting drunk and enjoying herself, it's not as if she makes a habit of it. Isn't her and hailee the bigger rumour though?
