Apparently when this B+ list mostly movie actor relapsed, he suffered some type of stroke which is why he has not really been seen in public the past couple of months.
It can't be Rhys Meyers. There is no mention of this actor being 'foreign' and he is. This blind could be dozens of actors. They all seem to be on something illegal. This is one of the rare good blinds of late.
You make a good point about him being 'foreign'. I remember reading a couple of months ago that he had a major relapse so I thought the timeline fit. You're right, though, it could be one of many.
Enty has mentioned before that Joe has started drinking again. He ditched a lead role in a TV series. It's possible. The last few pictures Sofia has taken with him, he's been looking like something was "off."
