This very well decorated Olympian might seem to be enjoying the massive spotlight on them again, but it is causing them a huge headache when it comes to cheating on their significant other which was never an issue before the most recent Games.

    I think Phelps has been pretty well known before this last Olympics so cheating would have been a problem before also.

    I think Phelps; he was not engaged (or had SO) at the London Olympics; and he has more medals than any Olympian.
