The average person is starting to learn what others in the industry have known for awhile. This foreign born A+ list singer really only cares for herself. Sometimes she will share a story or two about interacting with a fan, but they are all for show. Same goes for any favors asked of her. If there is not money in it for her, she isn't interested.
