Back in the day she was an A lister. The nighttime soap queen. These days, not so much. Apparently she is back on drugs and her family is trying to get her to go back to rehab.
I was buying wine at a supermarket last night, and the guy next to me said, "I remember when she was beautiful." At first, I didn't know who he was talking about, then he pointed to Heather's picture with her puffy face on one of the pap magazines. I just said, "So sad. She was a beautiful woman."
It must be difficult for a woman such as Ms. Locklear, with no education or acumen who is made famous due solely to youth and appearance, who wakes up one day to the realization she is now "old." Next she renders herself unrecognizable with prosecutable/ruinous plastic surgery. What is left for her to do except blot it all out with pharmaceuticals or alcohol.

Serious question,,,why? She is not a good actress and never was. So she was everywhere. Presumably she paid the toll to Spelling et al just like every other H'wood bimbo, but she's just another pretty blonde who got old.
