Chemical peel would do wonders if this is true. But I think it is BS, he is an aging rock star keeping up his schtick, heck, the guy is going on 50 and he was never a looker to start with, so it would be lame to try to cover his homely and aging face up. I have seen him without makeup in recent years, as well.
