When he moved to NYC last year from LA for the show, he bought a multi-million $ home in Chelsea. He was spending mucho moolah to renovate it. Now he is selling it at a big loss. Maybe the $10 million he is allegedly getting from NBC will offset any monies lost. He just isn't very bright, is he?
