This Academy Award winning/nominated actress apparently wants another shot at some big movie hardware. This weekend she was all over those Golden Globe voters at a TIFF party.
This goes along with the 'Kidman had the nerve to be nice to people in an elevator' blind..how dare she! They all kiss up to a handful of inconsequential foreign critics for the most meaningless award
She doesn't have much of a chance this year anyway. The big awards will be going to Emma Stone (La La Land) or Natalie Portman (Jackie). Kidman should get nominations though.

ReplyDeleteThe film she was at TIFF promoting is Lion. She will be campaigning in the Supporting category.
ReplyDeleteShe is currently amongst the front runners for a nomination. Michelle Williams is the favourite for Manchester By The Sea.
I have no comment to make. I just love seeing the word "favourite" spelled correctly (Canadian here). :)
