This former child turned tween actor who is just strange right now has to pay his girlfriend each month because of just how strange he is. He thinks it is love and not the several grand he pays her each month that keeps her around.
As usual this is badly written. It could mean the actor was once a child star and tween actor. So it could be MacCauley Culken, Corey Feldman and possibly Shia LaDouche.
