Speaking of diva, a six block area had to be shut down so this A list singer could film a role in a cable show which is about to end its run. She didn’t want anyone seeing her.

This sounds more like a story from someone affected by the shutdown that heard Rhianna was filming that day so called in a hate blind. Don't think she controls how many streets get closed for a scene.
