She had a point about not attending, though--she didn't want to take the spotlight off the bride and groom. And she would've, Prince Harry and all.
@tiggy the Pretty Little Liars wedding is the same wedding as the Suits wedding, they married each other. And she is not foreign born so it's definitely not her.
