Blind Item #4
While the rest of her co-stars are thrilled that this B-/C+ list mostly movie actress is getting raves and racking up countless nominations for her role, she does have a detractor. One of her co-stars was in that franchise which is 20 days from not being called that any longer. This particular co-star says the only reason there have been all these accolades is because our franchise actress did all the heavy lifting. The jealousy and dislike is palpable.

ReplyDeleteYeah, this is someone from Twilight but I really can't figure out who it is. Because B-/C+ actress is someone not too well known.

ReplyDeleteDaisy Ridley wasn't in Twilight...unless Enty is talking about another franchise, but he's been talking about Twilight lately that he isn't going to be calling it "that franchise" anymore.
ReplyDeleteI can only think of Dakota Fanning getting a nomination-she was in American Pastoral and Twighlight--but she hasnt had much buzz--its not like Ashley Green or Nikki Reid obvs

ReplyDeleteSo the Twilight actress is jealous of a C+ lister for getting buzz on a recent film where the Twilight actress did the 'heavy lifting.' The only thing I can thing of is Kristen Stewart and the Billy Flynn halftime walk movie. She is the sister and another girl is the love interest. But I haven't heard any buzz about the actress playing the girlfriend.
ReplyDeleteI think the B-/C+ actress isn't in twilight the other actress is. So we have Niki Reed Dakota Fanning Kristen Stewart Anna Kendirch Ashley Greene. We just have to see which movies they were in and who star in those movies
ReplyDeleteThere's a movie called Certain Women where a little known actress is receiving nominations for her work and Stewart is in it.

ReplyDeleteThis guess is the closest guess I think. When I google Lily Gladstone I get a couple articles about how she should be nominated for that movie, and other movies with stars from twilight, other actresses aren't really getting any buzz, so it's probably that.
ReplyDeleteI don't think Lily Gladstone would be considered even C list. While Twilight is usually called That franchise, I think this is about someone else.
ReplyDeleteI could see it. I think a lot of C list people enty talks about are people that are mostly unknown. He seems to save D list people for non-actors who are just famous for their 15 minutes.
ReplyDeleteI read a blog post that listed 50 actresses that are the top contenders for best actress & Kristen was the only 1 from the Twilight movies that was on the list. She was listed in the 30's. Not a big chance of Kristen getting nominated & Kristen has always struck me as a person that would say they don't care about awards, but actually cares a lot. The movie Kristen was listed as having a chance with was not Billy Lynn's Walk. It was for the Woody Allen movie she did. Didn't see it, but that's what this blog thought was her best shot. I don't recall any other actress from that movie getting nominations though.
