This Teen Mom dad who is not an original dad got someone pregnant other than the Teen Mom who made him famous. The Teen Mom that made him famous has no idea but it will definitely preclude them ever getting back together.

As I can't delete the above comment. Forget that Simons not a dad, although that would be hilarious. It must be Jeremy, Leah's ex husband. He is engaged and I really don't think he was going to get involved with Leah again anyway...

I don't really know who this is supposed to be considering none of them are supposed to be getting back together. I guess Javi would be the only one but I haven't heard anything about them getting back together.
