This celebrity offspring of A listers at the time she was born has already been to rehab once. Buying drugs in public probably means rehab trip number two is not far away.
That's a shame, she is the only offspring who is pretty and could have made it as a model without having her parents buy her way into the modeling world ( Hadids' and Jenner)
