I'm sure that Karlie is under an NDA, but it's not as if she couldn't get information out there if she wanted it out there. Derek Blasberg isn't under an NDA, I wouldn't think. Vanity Fair could be quirking an eyebrow at Taylor (via Derek, via Karlie) and TS wouldn't be able to prove a thing in court.
Instead VF is running very positive Taylor coverage (and even dropping hints about her and Karlie being a couple). TS and KK have nothing to fear from each other.
Oh, please, like Calvin (who was in the Bahamas with Aarika Wolf *two days* before he "fell for" Taylor at the BRIT awards) wasn't getting paid? Did you not read Enty's own blinds about how his deal was that he would get access to hookers, but only in the hotel so he wouldn't blow the gig for both of them?

Taylor was barely in the picture. (She was in the bathroom when Karlie made her emotional "tribute to Taylor" speech, probably so the cameras wouldn't catch her crying at the thought of having to start up the bullshit machine.)
