Blind Item #10 - Academy Awards

There was an interview between a cable news channel reporter and this foreign born nominee from last night that was one of the most awkward. Our actor was talking about his film and called his director one of the best men he has ever known. The interviewer said, "Wait. We are talking about the same person right? ________________?" And the actor said of course. and the interviewer just said thanks for your time.

Garfield is a good guy and not foreign born. It's definitely not him.

Meh, some stick up for Mel because they understand he has bi polar. I actually wonder if he has multiple personality disorder at a functioning level. Jodie Foster is no fool and she remains loyal so I think there is a good reason some care for him despite the awful behaviour.

Mel may be nice one on one to a person. Jodie Foster likes him, and she may know half the stuff that comes out of his mouth is due to alcohol. Yes he gets drunk, acts like a fool and says racists stuff...but he may overall be a nice person to his friends.

  12. Funny how people will bend over backward and tie themselves in knots to explain away the behavior of some men and not others. Chris Brown and Johnny Depp are constantly roasted in these posts (as they should be) and now we're chalking up Mel Gibson's behavior to an imbalance. Yes, he may be imbalanced, but it doesn't negate his behavior toward women and his language about Jewish people and people of color. Plus the alleged Blind Item that paints him as...uh..perhaps a murderer.
