This Harry Potter actor with a drinking problem obviously doesn’t have it under control if an event this week is any indication. At least he is a happy drunk.
He's talked about it, even and fully acknowledged he can't pick up without things getting out of hand, I truly wish him well at recovery if that is what he wants, he's a decent person
