Apparently the marriage of this daytime talk show host on the third of three with this take on a show title is in trouble. Opposite sides of the political spectrum and he cheats on her when he is out of town.

I interpret "third of the three" as whichever morning show on the three major networks is in third place. That would be CBS. I don't get it / have a guess however.
I'm gonna guess Tamera mowry from the real. (The third of three talk shows using the same naming format: the view/the talk/the real, if you consider the chew a cooking show and not a talk show)

True. Mark Cuban co-hosted recently. Kelly was just blabbing, not letting him talk. She started about kids being star struck and it eventually wears off. Then she said Nick Jonas is over all the time because he and Mark are really good friends. At first Lola was kind of shy around him but now he's over so much she doesn't even pay attention to the fact that he's famous. It's just her dad's friend. Seriously Kelly? That story came out of left field. My guess is that they have an open marriage with regards to his bi-sexuality. But now he's preferring the guys over his high maintenance wife and that's causing problems.
