Blind Item #6

Behind the scenes of this middling network sitcom which is a first for television in a way, producers think the show is being hampered by its star and want to replace her if there is a second season. Right now behind the scenes they are even offering that carrot.

  7. Clearly NOT Minnie Driver and Speechless, which has good ratings and is not considered to be an "if" for a second season.

I think it would be pretty hard to replace the mom on the show, wouldn't it? I actually think she's great on the show, her and her non-disabled son are super funny together.

What about Powerless? It's the first show about "non superheroes who are around superheroes"....or something weird. Vanessa Hudgens is the lead on the show and is much easily replaceable. And, I've seen a couple of episodes and it kind of sucks.

I enjoy speechless too. MD is not replaceable. And agree about powerless...great premise, good actors but booooring. I find Vanessa boring and the albatross of the show.
