This former A+ list tweener who had her own show has now become a performance artist. Oh, and an actress sometimes. Anyway, she was shooting a movie recently and the director refused to speak with her. Instead of talking he would sent her handwritten notes to her trailer. The guy is just creepy.

How is this "creepy"?
ReplyDeleteI've had directors hand me written notes after a performance because they jotted them down during the rehearsal/performance. It's easier than trying to remember everything you want to say to an actor later, plus it takes less time. If there was anything seriously wrong, the director would have stopped the rehearsal and mentioned it at the time, so only receiving hand-written notes usually means you're doing things (mostly) right.
I suppose if he was talking to her all the time, you'd find that "creepy", too.
Sigh.
Neither did Woody. A little education on a subject before shooting your mouth off about it goes a long way.
