Worst I have ever seen her look was the most common phrase at a party last night used to describe the substance abuse situation this A list singer has going on right now. Just barely keeping it together was another one.
Katy Perry looks awful right now, and that makes me sad because I think she's really cute. I love that haircut/color, but it's doing NO favors for her either. I 100% believe all of the drug rumors. She's been acting so bizarre the past few months on her Instagram stories. I think maybe the other one was Pharrell? He looked like a hot mess at the Chanel party too.
i agree that this sounds the most like katy, but i thought her photos at the chanel show actually were pretty, more adult and understated than her usual style. whereas selena's such a mess she keeps her face shielded from paps.
