This A-/B+ list mostly television actor from a hit NBC show with all the spinoffs was probably not thinking of his girlfriend when he was sitting in an out of the country red light district kind of bar picking a woman to take home for the night.
When he returns home and his wife says, "Honey, did you get me a present?" He replies, "Uh, yeah. It's the gift that keeps on giving so you may not want it."
Jesse Spencer and the surfer broke up years ago but he has been dating someone else for a couple of years. She was with him on a recent trip to Australia though so, if this is him, I'm not sure if this is a made up blind. I doubt he would go to a bar and leave his girlfriend behind.
