Blind Items Revealed #1

April 27, 2017

This permanent A list singing legend has her hands tied by her lawyers. Our legend could be on the hook for millions of dollars if she does anything that even in the slightest looks like revenge against the woman who was sleeping with the husband of the legend. You know, because the woman works for our legend.

Mary J Blige/Starshell

Okaaaaay Enty, I will give you calling MJB "permanent A" but calling her a "legend"?!?!?! WTF are you smoking?!?! LMAO. Can we make a decision to use that term with artists that have been at the top fo their game for at least 3-4 decades

In all fairness, it has been 25 years for Mary, pretty close to 3 decades

Legend and star mean something different now than what we expect them to be Montana. If you remember somebody's name from a few years ago-- they are legendary. If you appear on a show or a movie no matter the billing, you are a star.

i agree. if you aren't a listener to her genre she may not seem all that important, but she is old guard, loved and respected. i'm not a rap devotee and am regularly shocked to learn the name of an artist who's got platinum records and worth like $100 million

In the hip-hop/Rn'B world she is permanent A.

Ditto on the concept of "icon," another now meaningless position.

Uhm, no (I mainly remember her from the late '90s and early 2K's for one song on her own and that other one with P. Diddy). Not even "permanent A-list", that should be reserved for like The Beatles-level kind of people... Or world leaders (because they will be remembered forever and recorded in history for all the wrongdoings that they never righted—and when all the inconvenient truths come out about them, the public will still always care... Long after their dead).

It's nice how the rest of us don't need to worry how we'll be remembered in history...

I don't want to offend anyone, but most of us don't live in that bubble?

Lots of hip hop r&b listeners don't live in the pop world either. I know many many people who barely knew who Taylor Swift was before Kanye interrupted her.

Mary J is a decades old legend in her world.

Sorry person under the other comment, didn't realize I was using the same name as you!
