Blind Items Revealed #7

April 7, 2017

Judging by the conversation a nurse overheard, I’m guessing at some point in the very near future, this former porn star is going to have to make a deal with multiple federal agencies to either cut a deal or go to jail.

Jenna Jameson

This is not really a reveal. Why is she in trouble - Drugs, not paying taxes, child neglect, what?! It could be anything with her.

Nurse had better have some deep pockets - fines for HIPAA violations start at $75,000, and just keep getting higher.

There was a previous blind saying she was running drugs for some biker gangs and she was in some heat so this could be the end result

Depends, "Jenna Jameson is in hot water with the feds" isn't a HIPAA violation. A HIPAA violation is when specific medical information is shared. SPECIFIC medical information. Think diagnosis, procedures, HIV status, etc.

Source: me, healthcare legal dept employee with HIPAA training out the wazoo.

  11. Nope. They can't disclose your medical information, but otherwise they're entitled to be gossipy little bitches just like everybody else.

I don't think those gigs have residuals. Not in the financial sense anyway.
