Yesterday in court, Dani Mathers chose 30 days of graffiti removal rather than 45 days of jail. Considering she would have been out of jail in about 2 days, she probably made the wrong choice when it comes to that. Mathers was sentenced because of the body shaming photo she posted to social media which invaded the privacy of a naked 71 year old woman. Mathers kept saying she was sorry, but she posted a selfie to Instagram yesterday and didn't seem all that bothered by everything. Did she learn a lesson? After 30 days of removing graffiti she will.
After 2 days of graffiti removal, she will chip a finger nail and be excused.

ReplyDeleteIf she had shot the woman to death she would have gotten a lighter sentence. How much $ did this cost her with those super powerful attorneys? Money she probably doesn't have.
ReplyDeleteI hope that someone is doing a follow up to make sure she's doing her community service...actually it would be nice if the woman that she shamed watched her on a lawn chair, sipping lemonade.

ReplyDeleteI believe that's Tom Mesereau. He's a big-time attorney who repped Michael Jackson back in 2005. I guess it's his trademark, as that's how I recognized him. Otherwise, you'd think with all his money he'd have a better stylist.
