This former A+ list mostly television actor has more problems than just another lawsuit. This permanent A list mostly movie actor used to regularly hook up with the tv actor's ex.
Problem is David he has so many exes and a lot of them arewere porn stars it's hard to nail down who the other guy could be. I'm guessing it's Bree Olson for the ex for now.
penn and sheen have been partying hard and passing women around for years, so if he caught something it can't be a shocking new discovery. btw tho, it's pretty damned hard for a man to get it if he's been having sex exclusively with women. that's politically incorrect, but it's simple biology. which tells you something about how charlie sheen actually got it. (tho it could have been thru iv drug use).
