Perhaps this particular Enty has heard this story from his sources, believes it, but knows better than to name names because he does not want to be charged with libel and/or slander. Sounds like a former player who is now scouting and still has enough influence to ruin a prospect's life if he doesn't comply. So what happens if the player makes it big and signs a humongous guaranteed contract, does this guy make another appearance with his hand out. IF this BI is true, it is very likely that the source is some cop/FBI/Whatever American does this kind of things who is about to bust the criminal, the BI is worded like the bust ist imminent.
