Blind Item #2

The wife of this permanent A list athlete where turning pro is not an option decided last minute to join her husband on a trip. According to the escort our athlete made arrangements with before coming to town, she got frantic texts and calls to not show up to the hotel.

So turning pro is not an option in that sport? I can't figure out what sport that would be.

They'll take pro teams, aka the NBA. I liked it better when the Olympics used to be about AMATEUR athletes across the board.

Turning pro is not an option? Ummm then not Michael Phelps. You can turn pro in swimming. He did when he opted out of college teams.

I might be wrong but I think with swimming you can be professional in the sense you receive money from sponsors for endorsements and appearances but to my knowledge there is nothing like teams and leagues or tournaments where you are paid to play.

It's swimming. No professional swimming competitions. This is Phelps.

This is probably Phelps and swimming fits this description as no professional swimming competitions. Although no professional swimming league the swimmers can still make millions from sponsors.

I used to work the desk at a escort service - we'd take deposits for "outcalls" for that very reason
