This is why Gaga's peeps have been on the attack against Dr. Luke all weekend on Twitter - he has subpoenaed her for a deposition in his law suit against Kesha, and she's got something that is either highly beneficial to him, or highly damaging to Kesha.
+1 on Gaga and Kesha, but just because Kesha could not prove her case does not mean she is lying. I don't know what LGG said but Is anyone supporting Kesha liable for libel. Following this logic, Cosby can sue a lot of people for libel.

You're a moron, Haley. Even Kesha denied there being any sexual contact between herself and Dr Luke. Only when it was apparent that she was going to lose did she play the rape card.
The music industry is incredibly exploitative and fact that no woman singer other than Katy Puppet came out and supported Dr. Luke and they in fact publicly supported Kesha, makes me think there's some truth in Kesha's claims.
I'm talking about Gaga's texts to Kesha if they exist and not Kesha's claims to the press or the judge. Gaga never publicly accused him.
I don't know how the justice system on the USA works but I don't think you can sue someone over some texts sent to a friend. If he can then I think your justice system is fucked up.
The fact you even use the term "rape card" says everything to why Kesha might have felt compelled to not disclose the full extent of the abuse she suffered.

MOST of the people int he music industry are creeps, and many (well known) people were abused when they got into the business. Kesha acts like she invented it. She didn't. It went on long before she came onto the scene.
Lady Kaka sang about the joy of being raped in duet with a serial rapist and shot a video for it with another serial rapist. She's made of lies from day one. Because she's a serial liar who based her whole career on lies, she'll end up cleaning Dr Luke's reputation and that will be a letdown for ALL rape victims in the end. But Kaka couldn't care less, she needed her PR stunt after her disastrous collab with R. Kelly and Richardson so she jumped on the occasion and even put her name on a song she did not even write (ask Linda Perry). Enty is right, her multiple lies throught the years are now going to bite her in the ass and bring down someone who did nothing wrong with her, just because she trusted her, she trusted she genuinely wanted to help her when she was only saving herself.
She should stand up for herself and he should get convicted. Just because lots of people got assaulted is that nay reason to let the perps get away with it?? No way
It's a 'rape card' when it's used the way Kesha did. People who lie about being the victim of rape/abuse are effectively spitting in the face of genuine victims. She denied there ever being any abuse from Luke, even the judge gave her accusations no credibility
