I guess it makes a normal cliche story more interesting when you say this A/A+ list mostly movie actress is sleeping with her nanny. One of them. She has more than one. The young one. She is sleeping with the young one.
whoever it is it's the kind of thing the kids are aware of or will know about in years to come and be disgusted / embarrassed by. a selfish, short-sighted and self-destructive choice for a parent to make.
The nanny signed a NDA before she was hired, which was before any amorous shenanigans occurred. Probably foreign, probably needing Visa help. A personal servant isn't like a manager's employees within a large firm. There are no HR regs to worry about, and sexual discrimination/harassment will be hard to prove by the employee.

when women say what you said above it is transparent - that criticism comes from a place of bitterness. someone probably cheated on someone you cared about, or even you, and now it colors the woman in every homewreck as the seductress, the succubus, meanwhile the man was just another innocent.
