The amount of botox this foreign born A- list mostly movie actor who you all know has endured the past several months is crazy. Mix that with some coke bloat and he doesn't have a wrinkle anywhere.
cocaine's a diuretic because it constricts blood vessels (so fluid in the body is peed out.) as with other drugs, after awhile the body loses it's ability to function normally...the blood vessel elasticity and responsivenes is messed up and you get a bloated look. this goes away when the person detoxes, just as opiate users regain their ability to poop normally in time.
