March 13, 2017

This Ryan Seacrest wannabe actually did something nice. He raised close to $1M for charity in one night. He even paid for all of his expenses to the city and his expenses while he was there which saved tens of thousands of dollars.

Tens of thousands of expenses? For one night? For what private jet, closing a restaurant so he can eat in peace, renting out a whole floor of hotel rooms?
Anyhow it's good he did this.

A lot of celebrities charge fees for charity appearances, and run up expenses for an entourage. They often want as much as if they were performing a for profit show.

yeah, that i don't like ...you do charity or you don't...i could understand getting paid for your entourage, but you should do this kind of things for FREE...bc it should be something that you do bc you want to give...but if you don't even pay for YOUSELF, this way actually giving , what kind of charity is?
